About the Builders
   Rick Lattimore formed Lattimore Builders Inc over 28 years ago in the Lexington area. Since that time he has helped hundreds of families all across the Midlands and Lake Murray fulfill their dreams of owning a custom home constructed with the highest standard of materials and workmanship. Rick is committed to building homes that are the highest quality and providing the follow up service that today’s discriminating buyer expects. He has completed homes ranging from $175,000 to $750,000.
   His philosophy for building has always been to surround the company with the best people and subcontractors the industry has to offer and use the best quality materials the market has to offer along with hands on supervision.
    Rick has been a member of the greater Columbia Home Builders Association for 22 years and has won awards in numerous areas of the Parade of Homes. He is in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses.
    Thomas Rabon is the general superintendent over all construction and brings over 35 years of residential building experience.
